Yes, absolutely. While our office is in Mumbai, we serve clients across India. Most of our services, including visa assistance, flight bookings, and package planning, can be handled entirely remotely via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Documents can be submitted digitally or by courier.

Our pricing is based on actual costs: flights, hotels, visa fees, and service charges. We always provide a detailed, itemised quote before you confirm. For group bookings, we are often able to offer better rates. Prices vary with travel dates and availability, so booking early helps lock in better fares.

Our Umrah packages include Umrah visa, return air tickets, hotel accommodation in Mecca (near Masjid Al Haram) and Madinah (near Masjid Nabawi), airport and inter-city transfers, Ziyarat tours of holy sites, and a dedicated group guide. We offer 7-night, 10-night, and 14-night options across economy, standard, and premium hotel tiers.

Umrah can be performed year-round. The most spiritually significant time is during Ramadan, when the reward is equivalent to Hajj. However, this period also sees the highest crowd and prices. October through February is generally the most comfortable weather-wise. We recommend discussing your preferred dates with us so we can advise on availability and best pricing.

Yes. We assist with the full Hajj application process, from registration through the Ministry of Minority Affairs (India) to visa processing, documentation, pre-departure briefings, and travel arrangements. Hajj quota is limited, so we recommend contacting us well in advance, ideally several months before the season opens.

Absolutely. We have extensive experience arranging accessible travel for elderly and differently-abled pilgrims. We can arrange wheelchair assistance, accessible room accommodation, special transport, and a personal guide who ensures every ritual is performed comfortably. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of enquiry so we can plan accordingly.

Our Ziyarat packages cover visits to sacred sites in Mecca and Madinah (Saudi Arabia), as well as Iraq, including Karbala, Najaf, Kadhimiya, and Samarra. Packages include visa processing, return air tickets, hotel accommodation, all ground transfers, and a knowledgeable guide who explains the significance of each site. Custom Ziyarat itineraries are also available.

We process visas for a wide range of countries including China, Dubai (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, Thailand, UK, USA, and all Schengen countries. China visa processing is our specialisation, with a strong approval track record for both tourist and business applications.

Processing times vary by country. Dubai and UAE visas are typically processed within 3–4 working days. Singapore visas take 3–5 working days. China visas currently take approximately 15–21 working days (3–4 weeks) — this has changed significantly from before, so please plan well in advance. Malaysia and Thailand offer visa-free entry for Indian passport holders. Schengen, UK, and USA visas may take 3–6 weeks or more, as they require an appointment at the respective consulate or VFS. We recommend applying at least 6–8 weeks before your travel date for complex visas.

No travel agency can legally guarantee a visa approval, as the final decision rests with the respective embassy or consulate. However, our thorough documentation process, attention to detail, and experience significantly improve your chances of a successful outcome. We will inform you upfront if we foresee any potential issues with your application.

Standard documents for a China tourist visa include: valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), completed visa application form, recent passport-size photographs, confirmed hotel bookings, confirmed return air tickets, bank statements (last 3–6 months), and travel itinerary. Additional documents may be required based on your travel history and purpose of visit. We guide you through the exact requirements for your specific case.

We offer both. Our group departure packages follow fixed itineraries with shared transport and guides, which works well for solo travellers or families who like the social aspect of group travel. Private packages are fully built around your party, with your own vehicle, guide, and pace. We will help you decide what makes more sense for your trip.

Yes. When arranging hotels, restaurants, and meal plans, we look for halal-certified options wherever available. In destinations like Dubai, Malaysia, Istanbul, and Saudi Arabia, halal food is widely available. For destinations where this is more limited, we make sure you know what to expect before you go.

We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for most international destinations. For peak seasons (Eid holidays, Ramadan Umrah, summer school holidays, and year-end), we advise booking 3–4 months early to secure the best flight fares and hotel availability. Hajj packages should be enquired about a full year in advance due to limited quota.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, and tour operator involved. We always share the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Generally, airline tickets and hotel reservations have their own terms. As a rule, we advise booking travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. We will do our best to facilitate refunds or rebooking in case of genuine emergencies.

We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cash at our office. You will receive a clear payment schedule at the time of booking, typically a deposit to confirm with the balance due before travel. We provide official receipts for all payments.

Most bookings can be completed entirely remotely by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Documents can be shared digitally and payments can be made via bank transfer or UPI. If you are in Mumbai and prefer to come in person, you are welcome at our Mira Road office anytime during working hours.

Yes. Upon confirmation, you will receive official booking confirmations, payment receipts, visa application acknowledgements, and a complete travel document pack before your departure. For international tours, this includes your itinerary, hotel vouchers, transfer details, emergency contact numbers, and any other relevant documents. We ensure you are fully prepared before you travel.
